Bluecroft Finance is delighted to announce the appointment of Katy Fogarty as the new Business Development Manager for the South West. This strategic addition marks another step in the company’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening relationships with brokers across the UK.
Katy brings a wealth of experience in financial services, having begun her career at Nationwide, where she worked across telephony and underwriting before qualifying as a Mortgage Adviser. Over six years, she advised clients in both employed and self-employed roles before transitioning into Business Development — a move that sparked her passion for building strong broker partnerships.
Her career has since included five years at NatWest as a BDM, supporting brokers across Buy-to-Let and Residential Mortgages, followed by roles in the bridging and specialist finance sector with Catalyst and Octane Capital. Katy’s extensive experience and enthusiasm for the industry make her a valuable addition to the Bluecroft Finance team.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys travelling, exploring great food and wine, and hosting competitive Come Dine With Me-style dinner parties for friends — a reflection of her vibrant personality and love for connecting with people.
