Meet the new team members
Bluecroft are proud to welcome the following individuals to the business based in Altrincham. Each brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will be invaluable to our continued growth and success:
Michael Mather – Business Development Manager
With over seven years of experience in the industry, including 5 years as a BDM in the bridging, refurb, and development markets, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Michael has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector and will be specialising in working with brokers in the North of England. Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated football fan and season ticket holder at Altrincham FC, as well as a passionate boxing enthusiast who never misses the chance to attend a big fight!
Sam Bailey – Business Development Manager
Sam’s journey into financial services is anything but conventional, after starting his career as a plumber, he made the switch in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since, with experience in commercial real estate finance at Pepper and a successful stint as BDM for the Midlands at ABC. Outside of work, Sam is an enthusiastic (but self-proclaimed average) golfer and a goalkeeper for a local Saturday football team currently holding up the bottom division of the Hertfordshire Men’s Senior League!
Kate Gregory – Underwriter
With over nine years of experience in the lending industry, four of which have been focused on bridging finance, Kate brings a wealth of expertise and insight to Bluecroft’s growing team and will be based at their offices in Altrincham.
Sophie Menzies – Business Development Executive
With six years of industry experience spanning residential, bridging, BTL, and second-charge mortgages, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Having worked in both regulated and unregulated lending environments, Sophie has gained valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
