Bluecroft Finance Expands Team with Rick Leonard as Assistant Asset Manager

Bluecroft Finance is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Leonard as Assistant Asset Manager, further expanding the company’s operations as it continues to grow its presence in the specialist lending market.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry — spanning unsecured, secured and bridging finance — Rick brings deep knowledge of credit management and client service to the Bluecroft team. His appointment reflects the business’s commitment to delivering best-in-class support not just at the point of funding, but through ongoing asset management until loan redemption and beyond.

In his new role, Rick will work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure that all loans are monitored and managed effectively post-completion, providing reassurance to brokers and — most importantly — borrowers throughout the life of their facility. This addition underscores Bluecroft’s focus on customer experience, ensuring continuity, transparency and proactive service from application through to exit.
