Bluecroft Finance has announced a major expansion of its innovative Fast-Track service, which now offers residential loans of up to £1 million.
The enhanced service has been designed to meet increasing demand from brokers and borrowers seeking speed, certainty, and reduced costs in a competitive property finance market. By utilising Westcor Title Insurance and removing the need for upfront undertakings, deals can now complete in as little as seven days while significantly cutting down on legal costs.
In addition to residential lending, Bluecroft Fast-Track also provides facilities for semi-commercial and commercial properties up to £750,000. For residential loans, AVM valuations are available up to £500,000 and desktop valuations are available up to £750,000, streamlining the process even further and reducing friction for brokers and their clients.
David Giovanni, Managing Director of Bluecroft Finance, said:
“We are committed to making property finance faster, simpler, and more accessible. By expanding our Fast-Track service and partnering with Westcor, we’re able to deliver even greater speed and efficiency for our clients, helping them secure funding with minimal hassle and reduced costs. It’s another step forward in our mission to redefine the way short-term finance works in the UK.”
Ross Gandy, Head of Sales at Bluecroft Finance, added:
“The feedback from brokers on our Fast-Track product has been overwhelmingly positive. They value the certainty, the reduced legal burden, and above all the speed at which deals can move. By extending the loan size to £1m and broadening the valuation options, we’re giving brokers and their clients even more flexibility. It’s about removing barriers and making the lending process as straightforward as possible.”
This expansion highlights Bluecroft’s ongoing commitment to fast, flexible, and cost-effective lending solutions. By focusing on innovation and collaboration with partners such as Westcor, Bluecroft continues to set a high standard in the bridging and property finance market.
